Mid-Atlantic HealthTech Academy is a division of Baltimore Hire Power, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that meets the growing need for skilled allied health professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Our student-centered philosophy ensures rigorous training for allied healthcare professionals, empowering them to lead in the utilization of cutting-edge technologies like AI-patient navigators, telehealth, and app-based travel healthcare.

We go beyond classroom learning by strategically immersing students in healthcare settings, providing invaluable hands-on experience. Additionally, we acknowledge our students' personal needs and offer comprehensive support services, including childcare, career guidance, and financial management. By tackling industry gaps identified by leading organizations, we equip professionals to thrive in the dynamic healthcare environment.

Furthermore, recognizing the broader system in which allied healthcare operates, we've launched the Civil Servant Training Institute. This initiative educates government workers about the intersection of allied health and emerging technologies, empowering them with essential knowledge and skills.
